So whether you wait for rates to come down and home prices to go up, or purchase now and get the home you want at a good price, isnt it all relative? I come across your blog when I seach for my next house and your blog is really too much BS'ing.
I don't know a thing about you or your business but you are really losing your creditibility fast from your blog because people who can afford houses these days are a lot more educated than you think. Either put out something more thougthful and fair or just shut up and don't post.
